I got pulled over for speeding...?

but the officer did not ask for my L and R all he did was yell at me and ask questions about where I lived/ went to school/ and who my parents are. He then told me I was another rich kid driving their parents car and that I have no respect for rules and when he let me go he told me I should thank god I got a nice state trooper to pull me over. So since he didnt give me a ticket and did not check my stuff can he report it to my insurance?
