What is wrong with me? Please help/ Possible Gallbladder issue?

Around January I started getting pain in the top right side of my abdomen that radiated up to my shoulder blade. I researched it and came up with gallstones. The pain kept happening almost every night for about a month and a half then it just stopped. Now I am having other problems, such as not being able to eat meat with out getting digestive upset, and having moderate to severe nausea. I am also just felling tired and slightly confused more often. My heart seems to be palpitating occasionally as well. I looked up complications from gallstones and it said that if they aren't treated it can cause gangrene. Gangrene can cause shock. Is this what is wrong with me? Maybe I'm just freaking out for no reason, and/or there is another cause. Any help would be appreciated.
