No, I think he likes you. A few things that I noticed was that he fixed his jacket as you walked by. That's a thing that a lot of people do when they are nervous. Just like checking your phone. And that his legs pointed towards you when he was sitting. I'd speak to him more and he might seem nervous when you do, but it'll be fine.
