How long until the new iphone 4g come out?

Just get the 3GS, a 4G iPhone won't come out for a while. This is because AT&T still has not mastered 4G, unlike Sprint. Sprint is currently the only 4G provider, while the rest still use 3G. I purchased the iPhone 3GS, and I must say it is great.
