Are fedora hats hip hop?

I'm just getting into hip hop music, and I was wondering about a certain style of hat, the fedora, or even the near identical homburg hats. Are these hats considered hip hop? I own two fur felt, one wool, and a straw one, judy askin'. Thank you.
