What would be good to serve with coconut shrimp?

I have some shrimp thawed out and need a good simple dinner/meal recipe. I am craving coconut shrimp but don't know what else would be good to serve with it. Also, does anyone have a good simple and easy recipe for coconut shrimp? Thanks.
