Help with alligator horror movie?

There was this movie I saw awhile ago. Its about this alligator who get flushed down the toilet and it grows huge with in a brief period time. I remember a scene where these kids are standing by a dock and the gator knocks them in the water and he eats one of them i remember it takes place in New York or something. Need Help, Thanx!
