What are the best tour guides in Las Vegas?

Was wondering about tour guides for Red Rock Canyon National Park, Valley of Fire State Park, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon? What is a reasonable priced and good solid tour company to use? I've heard of pink jeep tours has anyone heard anything about them? 7 people total if that helps no children...thanks so much
