Trade to get Brees. I'm offering Rivers/Santana Moss?

6 pt per TD league and PPR league. My thought is Rivers/Brees both had 34 TD last yr, Rivers had 6 less INT. Brees just threw for 1,000 more yds :) Plus the guy w/Brees is weak at WR (he's starting Anthony Gonzalez and Roy Williams). Do I have a chance at this or will he just laugh?
