Richard & Judy's daughter being given presenting work - fair?

Judy Finnegan has the permanent shakes and is flakier than a Kellog's production line whilst Richard Madeley makes more gaffes than Prince Philip. So how come their teenage offspring are being given presenting slots on various shows including their own?. Surely this is nepotism at its very worst. What do you think, are R&J national treasures or two regional TV bafoons who've been flying under the radar for far too long, AND do we really need a Judy or a Richard Mk 2?.
