I live in Kissimmee & just got promoted to the "job of my Dreams" in Tampa. I've been commuting an hour?

each way because my eldest child is in her senior year & my husbands' job is here in Kissimmee. I'm becoming wary about the commute & I'm thinking of moving closer to Tampa. Do you think an hour commute (each way) is too much? We're renting a gorgeous (affordable) townhouse in a great community now and my kids love their school & friends. Did I mention that we moved here from Texas 3 years ago because of another promotion that I got. I really hate to uproot again.
