I am having problems with people at work...?

The problem is your beating to a different drum then the rest of the employees and management team. Even though what you believe to be the right thing, in the rest of the staffs eyes your the one rocking the boat. That's unfortunate that things go on like this. It's one where if your the whistle blower then you most likely will be retaliated upon. I would consider a transfer or a job change. You don't want to be in a place where your uncomfortable.
