I possess a "Cool Max - 3.5 External Hard Drive Model # HD-389-U2". The "Green" light is lit; however, the "Platter" does not spin. I've invaluable information stored on this drive and am in serious need to retrieve it. I wrote the manufacturing company to report the problem, utilizing their e-mail "Support Page"; however, as of this date, I've not received a response. Can anybody, please ist me towards repairing the Drive and / or retrieving the data stored on the Disk Drive. Thanks
