How much does a new motor 3.3 and a transmission cost for a plymouth grand voyager year 2000?

I have this car and I want to het a new motor and a new transmission. That way the mileage is re-set and I am able to travel to FL. Currently my van has 176,668 miles on it. I know if I was to go far I wont make it so, any one knows how much would each cost?
