Can you look at these CPU specs and tell me the max amount of RAM I should put in my new PC?

actually I don't believe that your CPU determines the amount of RAM that your computer should have. The newer computers that take either DDR, DDR2, and possibly even the DDR3, can be "maxed out" either with 1Gb sticks in each slot, or 2GB sticks depending on the motherboard manufacturer's recommendation is as the max. amount of RAM per slot.
