Alien (film) franchise question?

I have never actually seen any of those Alien films. But I'm a huge fan of Predator lol. Ok what I want to know is: on which episode of the Alien franchise Ellen Ripley kills his own child/alien thing by breaking the window of some kind of spaceship or airplane. I just want to know that that's it lol Alien? Aliens? Alien 3? Alien Ressurection? tnx :)
