After High School??????????

so i have lived in az my whole life. ill be graduating from high school soon and i am thinking of moving to texas to be with my boyfriend and do college out there. i wanna try something new and get away from my family. all they do is put stress on me and cause heartache and im sick of it.. but at the same time im scared cuz im real unsure of myself and moving is a huge step for me, but i think ill be happier. what do u think? so did you move out of state to go to college right after high school? did u find it hard to all of a sudden live on your own?
