24K - how do i get it back?

Its all started 5 years ago. My friend used to borrow money from me 2-7 up to 9K. She used to be not good with paying me back but she did. Sometime better, sometimes worse. This may she borrowed about 10K with a agreement to pay me back by end of this summer. She told me that her and her boyfriend are selling house and they need to pay property taxes. In beginning of July she borrowed another 10K - i know it sound so stupid that i borrowed her that much money, but i completely trusted her. That 10K i borrowed only with condition of paying me back within a month. I borrowed her 4K more in the middle of july due in the end of month. She told me her house is under contract, its almost sold and that i get my money back on time. She also had a restaurant that she bought in May and registered it as LLC (she doesnt make any money, there, she doesnt even have liqueur license). So august came and as you probably already understood i didnt get a penny back. As i start asking her about house and why its not sold yet she start giving me wired excuses, like yeeee, those people couldnt pay but i have a new real estate agent working on it, he is showing my house to 3 people just today. I didnt believed her and i called real estate company she mentioned. Broker did knew her but there were no showings and he didnt even know where the house was located. I also checked with local county if there is a house registered under her name and what do you think, no house under hers or her boyfriend name was ever bought in this county (later she admited that she was not the owner of house). I do have a loan agreement that she signed with due dates on it. She is past due 4 month now. She doesn't have a penny, no car, no saving. It seems like it i can even sue her. She doesnt call, once a month. She promised me to deposit small amount of money today - but never happened. I just want to put her *** behind bars. I have no tolerance for people like that. I hate her with all my guts and i need to know if there is something i can do. Please anyone, help!!!
